Strategic guidance for your business challenges and growth opportunities
Book SessionEvery week and month, I publish insights covering technology, business strategy, and financial markets—topics that challenge conventional thinking and explore what's next in our rapidly evolving landscape.
This platform serves as my way of organizing thoughts, sharing perspectives, and staying connected with a community of curious minds who are building, investing, and shaping the future. It's where analysis meets action, and where complex topics become accessible conversations.
Whether you're here for weekly insights, monthly deep dives, or to connect about advisory work—welcome to The Willpower Report.
I'm a blend of Swedish, English, and Swiss roots, mostly shaped by my time at the University of St. Gallen and UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. While I was a student, I founded a consultancy and headed up the Case Class at HSG—coaching high-performers on how to master the art of the pitch and crack strategy cases for firms like Bain & Co. It's a craft I'm still obsessed with today: helping people tell stories that actually land.
My career kicked off in the "thinker" seat at Cherry Ventures, diving into Pre-Seed and Series A bets. But I realized quickly that I didn't just want to watch the game—I wanted to play it. I joined telli (YC F24) as the first commercial hire and architected the entire inbound and outbound growth engine from scratch, building the AI-driven foundation that the company runs on today.
I took a brief detour into the high-stakes world of Large-Cap M&A at BNP Paribas, working on multi-billion euro deals and complex corporate spin-offs. It was an incredible masterclass in how the world's biggest players think about value, but the builder itch brought me back. Now, I'm back at telli for "Chapter 2" to take over the engine I built and scale the whole thing up.
When I'm not building or advising startups like United Compute, I'm usually staying active. I played tennis senselessly when I was younger and still spend as much time as possible skiing or golfing. I'm always down for a coffee—virtual or otherwise—to talk about scaling, emerging tech, or the next big thing.
